Refund policy

Here is your return policy rewritten in that same commanding, possessive Shadow Daddy voice. The generic placeholder text, fantasy limitations, and old email have been completely replaced with a dark, moody tone and hello@morallygreysociety.store.

THE RETURN TERMS: AGREEMENTS & REFUNDS

I design each piece with the expectation that it belongs to you. However, if an arrangement must be undone, these are the boundaries we will follow.

THE WINDOW

You have 30 days from the exact date your package is delivered to request a return. Once that timeline lapses, the piece is yours permanently.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain untouched by the outside world:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The tags must remain intact.

  • It must reside in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the original digital receipt or proof of purchase.

INITIATING THE RETURN

Do not simply send an item back to me. Unsolicited packages will be rejected at the door.

  1. To request a return, you must first contact me at hello@morallygreysociety.store.

  2. If I accept your request, I will provide a return shipping label along with explicit instructions on where the package must be sent.

FLAWS & IMMEDIATE ISSUES

Inspect your items the moment they are in your hands. If a piece arrives defective, damaged, or completely incorrect, contact me immediately. I will evaluate the oversight and ensure it is made right. You will be taken care of.

THE EXCEPTIONS

Certain items are locked to you and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom products, personalized orders, or special commissions.

  • Sale items, clearance vault pieces, and digital gift cards.

If you have a specific concern about a piece in your possession, initiate a dialogue at hello@morallygreysociety.store.

EXCHANGES

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or alternative piece, the fastest path is to return your current item via the steps above. Once your return is processed and approved, you may make a separate purchase for your new obsession.

THE EUROPEAN UNION MANDATE

If your order was delivered to the European Union, you possess a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

The standard conditions still apply: the item must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

THE RECOMPENSE (REFUNDS)

Once your return arrives back in my hands, it will be rigorously inspected. I will notify you directly whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approval: The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: Banks and credit card institutions move at their own pace. It may take additional time for the transaction to surface on your statement.

If 15 business days have passed since I approved your refund and your accounts are still empty, contact me immediately at hello@morallygreysociety.store. I will trace it.
