THE ARRANGEMENT: SHIPPING & POLICIES

PROCESSING TIME

Every piece from the Morally Grey Society is crafted strictly on-demand. There are no warehouses of abandoned inventory. I do not mass-produce; your order is made specifically for you.

  • Production: 2–5 business days to craft your piece.

  • Transit: 3–7 business days (US domestic) once it leaves my hands.

  • Total Anticipated Delivery: 5–12 business days from the moment you submit to the obsession.

  • Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

High-Demand Drops: During major collection launches or peak holiday seasons, crafting your order may take 7–10 business days. If your order is caught in this window, you will receive word from me.

SHIPPING METHODS & RITUALS

DOMESTIC (United States)

  • Standard Delivery: $4.25 (3–7 business days after crafting)

  • Expedited Delivery: $12.99 (2–3 business days after crafting)

  • Complimentary Delivery: Orders over $75 are taken care of.

INTERNATIONAL

  • Canada: $9.99 (7–14 business days after crafting)

  • UK / EU / Australia: $14.99 (10–21 business days after crafting)

International Terms: You are entirely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in my shipping costs and are beyond my control.

SURVEILLANCE & TRACKING

The moment your package enters the shadows, you will receive:

  • A tracking number sent directly to your inbox.

  • Real-time surveillance as your package moves closer to you.

  • Delivery confirmation the second it arrives.

THE DESTINATION

Ensure your shipping address is flawless before finalizing your order. I ship precisely to the coordinates you provide at checkout. Once a package is in transit, it cannot be rerouted.

If you made an error, contact me immediately at hello@morallygreysociety.store. If your order hasn't entered production, I will fix it. Once crafting begins, the details are locked.

VANISHED OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking status claims "Delivered" but your hands are empty:

  1. Check the perimeter. Speak with neighbors, household members, or building management.

  2. Review your original order confirmation to ensure your coordinates were correct.

  3. Wait 48 hours. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.

  4. If it remains missing, contact me. I will investigate and handle it.

If a package is completely stuck in transit or lost for 15+ days: Reach out to hello@morallygreysociety.store. I will file a claim and resolve the situation for you.

FLAWS & DAMAGES

Every item is rigorously inspected before it leaves my sight, but perfection can slip. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, I will fix it.

  • Email photos of the issue to hello@morallygreysociety.store within 7 days of delivery.

  • A replacement will be dispatched immediately at zero cost to you. My mistake, my responsibility.

  • You may keep or discard the flawed itemβ€”do not return it unless I explicitly ask you to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every item is made exclusively for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • A change of mind.

  • Incorrect sizes ordered.

  • Slight color variations due to your screen settings.

Returns are strictly reserved for:

  • Defective printing or fabric flaws.

  • Items damaged during transit.

  • An incorrect item sent by my team.

FORCES BEYOND CONTROL

I control the production, but I do not control the carriers.

  • Major holidays and severe weather events will cause delays.

  • If a carrier bottleneck occurs, you will be notified.

  • If you need a piece for a specific deadline, order at least 2 weeks in advance. I cannot guarantee specific arrival dates, but I will do everything within my power to get it to you.
